Doing It Differently
We have three kids, and we homeschool all of them. We split our time between Denmark and Bali. Our children speak multiple languages, have friends on different continents, and think of airplanes the way most kids think of school buses.
It's not always easy. Some days the business needs attention while the kids need attention while the house needs attention. There's no perfect balance — just a constant, honest negotiation between everything that matters.
But we chose this life because we believe kids learn best by living. By seeing their parents build something. By experiencing different cultures firsthand. By having the freedom to be curious.
Homeschooling & Nomad Life
Homeschooling was a big decision. It means we're always "on" as parents, and the line between work, school, and life basically doesn't exist. But it also means our kids get to learn at their own pace, follow their interests, and spend time in nature instead of behind a desk.
I share the real side of this journey — the beautiful moments and the hard ones — on Instagram and YouTube. No filters, no pretending we have it all figured out.
From the Journal
I write about motherhood, parenting as entrepreneurs, and the messy reality of raising a family while building a business abroad.
